How to Use
A GUIDE TO USING HERBS AS A NATURAL SUPPLEMENT
The human body was designed with all the mechanisms to heal itself. Cape Aloe and many other herbs enhance the body's own mechanisms for healing. In this way, herbs prove themselves to be close therapeutic competitors of medication and are almost always safer, gentler and less likely to cause side effects
HERBS, MEDICATION OR BOTH?
Many herbs enhance the effect of a drug when using it simultaneously, while some may counteract the effect. Consult your doctor (preferably a herbal enlightened doctor) when you want to use herbs along with prescribed drugs. Herbs may help to counteract the side effects of medication when used in conjunction.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO USE HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS?
Follow the label
To use The Cape Aloe Collection supplements with care, follow the directions on the label.
Start slow
Start on a low dose and gradually build up to establish the correct dose for your body. Everyone's different physiologically, and some people are just more sensitive than others. Some people will be able to take larger dosages than others and for some people it will take longer to note a beneficial effect. Different individuals take from it what and how much they need.
Give it time
Give herbs enough time to work. Herbs differ from medication in that they are gentler in their initial effect and may take up to 3 months of consistent use to really show off their true potency. Give it some time. Give your body time to adjust to the natural way of absorbing and putting to effect the value of the herbs.
Stay hydrated
When consuming natural herbs it is important to stay properly hydrated in order to flush the herbal compounds through the system. The superfoods are very high in natural fibres and compounds and needs to be used as prescribed to avoid abdominal discomfort.
